Our gluten-free U Bar is an energy bar based on gluten-free oatmeal that provides a full 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would say, an optibar with its 1:0.8 composition between glucose and fructose and thus as kind to the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored which gives the dough and then the bar a little color.

It is very soft in texture and ideal for you as an athlete as it stays soft and chewy even in colder weather. You also avoid the chocolate/yogurt coating that melts and smudges on hot summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we have a thin layer of whole gluten-free oats on the outside of the bar. It makes it look a little tastier, but it also does a lot for the texture, we are sure you will love it ;)
