Finnhamn Swimrun:

In collaboration with Finnhamns Arkipelag, Wolffwear presents; Finnhamn Swimrun, a swimrun race suitable for everyone! Challenging technical running for those looking for challenges, short distances for beginners, family atmosphere.

Choose between 2 different distances:

FINNHAMN EXPERIENCE about 5.2 km
(6 running distances totaling about 4.5 km longest running distance 1.5 km
5 swim distances with the longest swim distance of 210m)
Shorter distance suitable for beginners, family or those who want to try Swimrun on a fantastic island with an adventurous beautiful course.

FINNHAMN SPRINT about 13.5 km
Adventurous beautiful course and technical running for those looking for challenges.
13 stretches and about 1500 m swimming on a total of 12 stretches. The longest running distance is about 3.8 km and the longest swimming distance is about 320 m.

About Finnhamn:
Large parts of Finnhamn are nature reserves and the nature offers a mix of wide views, hilly terrain and agricultural life. Finnhamn is a magnificent archipelago, the barren outer archipelago with rocky outcrops, juniper bushes and small beaches, archipelagos, flower meadows and lovely deciduous halls.

The race is suitable for both beginners and more experienced swimmers and can be completed solo, in women's teams, men's teams or in mixed teams. After the race, the barbecues are ready and waiting to serve food to replenish the depots.

Finnhamn, located on the island of Jolpan, is an archipelago island in Stockholm's outer archipelago. It is easy to get out during the day, but if you want to see more of the island, we recommend staying overnight! As a participant, you get a 25% discount on accommodation in connection with the competition.

Transportation:
You can get to Finnhamn all year round by your own boat or one of the archipelago boats that serve the island and the trip takes about two hours from Stockholm.

The start of the competition is adapted to the arrival times of the boats.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start!
We know that it can be difficult to book far in advance, so we give you the opportunity to cancel your starting place up to 30 days before the start for a gift card of the corresponding amount at Wolffwear.se. The gift card is valid for 10 years and can be used for both products and services. If you want to cancel, just contact Wolffwear by email or phone.

Energy station with sports drinks and water is located along the course.
Umara offers sports drinks! Bring a silicone cup, otherwise it is available for purchase at the start for SEK 49.

Mandatory equipment:
When you book the race, you can order a package of mandatory equipment:

• First aid kit
• Whistle
• Foldable silicone cup

Price 150kr. The kit is delivered at registration on the day of the competition. The kit is in a bag with your name on it.

Wellness contribution:
Use your wellness grant for Finnhamn Swimrun. You can use the Wellness Grant for exercise races up to SEK 1000 per race. Read more here.

Safety:
Medical personnel, escort boats, etc. will be on site.
The competition is at your own risk, make sure to be properly insured. Children over 15 with documented swimming knowledge / experience are welcome to participate with a parent.
