Zogga's Matrix Hand Paddles are designed to improve swimming technique and train the upper body. The paddles force the hand to stay in the correct position so that technique is improved. Zogga Matrix Hand Paddles are ergonomically designed for optimal performance and have a round tip with holes that increase the feel of the water. In addition to improving technique, hand paddles create resistance in the water so you strengthen the muscles in your arms and shoulders. This will make you a more powerful swimmer. The paddles have a softer TPR (thermoplastic rubber) tip that provides flexibility to the fingertips and extra comfort.
