We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Finnhamn and our beautiful, cozy and challenging swimrun race

The race:

-Race date: Saturday, August 16, 2025
-Registration Finnhamn opened 10.00
-START TIME LONG: 12.30
-START TIME EXPERIENCE+SHORT: 13.00
-You can register for the race here by 250815.
-Location: Finnhamn, behind Finnhamns Krog and Finnhamns lanthandel (2 min walk from the Waxholmsbolaget jetty)
-Race meeting LONG: 12.15.
-Race meeting EXPERIENCE+SHORT:: 12.45.
-Possibility for storage of bag available.
-Possibility of shower (outdoor) and sauna after the race is available between 15-18. The sauna is located 100m from the finish.
The nearest toilet at the start / finish is at Slipen about 70m Start / Finish.
-Liquid/energy station is on the course. Bring your own cup, or buy a silicone cup on site.
Possibility to buy energy is available in the starting area.
-You get food and drink after the finish.
-Prize ceremony at about 16.00

Those of you who have rented a suit and have the opportunity, we would like you to come to the store on Thursday, August 14 and pick up and try out a suit opening hours

Mandatory equipment:

-Numbered swimsuit & swim cap - To be picked up at WolffWear or at the start
-Swim suit (made of neoprene)
Silicone mug (Available to buy for SEK 49 on site for those who do not have, or in the Store when picking up the start kit)
-First aid kit
-Whistle

Delivery of start kit:

Since there are many of us at the start and the time from boat arrival to start is short, we would like you to pick up your numbered race vest at Wolffwear during the period August 12-14. Opening hours

Insurance & Participation

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer has not taken out accident insurance. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they are insured:

• Physical activity in nature
• Swimming in open water
• Adventure sports

We recommend accident insurance or race insurance.

Swimrun rules:


Normal swimrun rules apply, ie:
Equipment with at the start must be with at the finish.
Swimrun rope allowed.
Take care of each other and provide help to those in need.
Take care of nature and accommodation.
If you need to break, contact the official and race management in the finish area.
Max 10 meters distance between team membersDivinghead first in the water is prohibited at the changeover
Any form of littering will lead to disqualification
Everything that is taken out on the course is taken back
Respect residents and other visitors in the area.

Sweden Swimrun Sprint Series:

Finnhamn Swimrun SPRINT is part of the Sweden Swimrun Sprint Series, participate in at least two races and you will compete in the series and receive discounts (gift cards), prizes and medals. Participate in all six races and you will receive a gift card of SEK 600, diploma and a chance to win great prizes!

Officials:

Officials (in yellow vests) will be present along the course, mainly at the entry/exit points and on the SUP/Boat.

Safety information:

If you are registered and cannot start, please notify Wolffwear at info@wolffwear.se.
If you get injured during the race, call for help from officials and your fellow competitors.
If you see a fellow competitor injured or in any kind of emergency, provide all the help you can, just as you would want to be taken care of. Contact an official.
If you need to stop the race, notify an official and the race management at the start/finish line.
First aid kits are available from officials and at the start/finish.
Sweeper, we will have a sweeper who is last and makes sure that no one is left on the course.
