Shipping
For delivieries within Sweden we offer free shipping when you order for at least 700SEK. We ship with Schenker domestically and with POSTNORD (regular letter) for small and light weight products.
If you order before before 10:00am (Central European Time) your order should usually arrive the next day.
If you need the order to arrive fast, please write a message that reads "URGENT" in the message section when placing your order.
International shipping
We ship worldwide on a daily basis.
To check the freight cost for international shipments, put the desired items in the shipping cart by hitting the green BUY button, choose you country and you will see the freight cost before you confirm the order.
Shipping time within Europe: 2-4 days.
Shipping time to US, Canada and South America: 2-7 days.
Shipping time to rest of the world: 2-8 days.

Is is important to us that you feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore you always have the right to return what you purchased within 30 days to recieve a full refund (money back).
This is provided that the product is not damaged or have been used.
For customers within Sweden we offer free return shipping. E-mail info@wolffwear.se and we will send you a return label.
International customers will have to pay for and arrange their own return shipping. The package should be sent to:

Refunds
Refuns are usually processed by us once per week, when the order volume is especially high it might be as long as 14 days. In addition to that, it might take up to 3 additional business days before the money arrives in your account.
This will depend on the payment method used. Paypal is instant for example where as card payment usually takes 3 days.
Lowest Price Guarantee
We guarantee that you that we will always offer you lowest prices on the market. This means that if you find a product we offer at a lower price another establishment, we will match that price for you.
Contact us either before you place an order or within 7 days after and we will adjust the price for you.
Please note that this only applies if you find a lower price on exactly the same product (meaning for example: same size, same color and same model year)
Returns handeling Fee
To handel, fold, repackage and inspect the products sent back we charge a return handling fee of 69.00SEK / consignment. This is so that we can ensure the quality of returned goods before they are put back in circulation.
Warranty
We always have one year warranty on all our products.
Warranty/Guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, physical damage, theft, abnormal use.
Subject to our care and cleaning of the washing instructions followed.

Fo all wetsuit we offer a unique 10-year guarantee where we will repair any smaller damages (like those caused by sharp nails) free of charge. (If you cannot visit us at our Stockholm-store you will have to pay for shipping and return shipping to take advantage of this offer.)
For all shell garments we grant a 3-year guarantee on the water proofness,
taped seams and respiratory funktions. 10 year warranty on nail damage on neopren suits (swim/tri suits).
I.e. free repair on nail damaged neoprene (you only pay for freigt cost).
Replacement products.
In rare cases we might replace a product that is out of stock in your order to a similar one, to expidite the shipping of said order. This is usually done with low value products, like for example, replacing an energy bar or gel on a larger order. Under normal circomstances we will contact you and ask if you accept a replacement product.
Custom fees and VAT
Prices on all orders from within Sweden or the EU includes VAT of 25%, 12% or 6% VAT depending on the type of product.
If you are a coprporation outside of Sweden, but within the EU, you are exempt from paying Swedish VAT.
All international orders from outside the EU are sold at a price that does not include Swedish VAT.
In these cases you might stil have to pay VAT and/or customs fees when your order arrvies at your destination country. This will depened on the country and it is your resposibliltly to make yourself avare of this and pay any local customs or VAT fees that might apply.
Any package sent back to us because failure to do so might result in us charging a fee for extra shipping and handling expenses.
Events, races and training sessions.
We don't typically offer money back at these events if you cannot partisipate because of sickness or other issues. In some cases we might offer you to participate at a future event free of charge, but this is not guaranteed. It is the customers resposiblility to make sure that you are porperly insurred against injuries that might be the result of you participating.

WOLFF-WEAR OUTDOOR designs clothes to keep you warm and dry in any weather. Stylish, well-designed outdoor garments of the highest quality.
Since 1991 this family business has sold and designed clothes in the outdoor segment. The range has always includeded:
Shell garments, ski pants, rainwear, down parkas, down vests and expedition jackets etc.
In 2004 we expanded our business by starting to offer Wetsuits and other triathlon accessories. With time this grew in to our main focus and today we are the largest full range shop for Triathlon and Swimrun in Northern Europe.
Environment & Ethics
In order to protect our common environment, we always choose the most environmentally friendly goods
and suppliers with a stated environmental policy. We comply with the EU's rules on minimum levels of residual chemicals in textiles.
All down we use are produced by the residues from the food industry. We use no down plucked from live birds in our clothing. All down and feather meet the highest standards under the World Wide Association for the Down and Feather Industry, Trade and Testing Institutes.
We ensure that the companies we hire will pay the statutory salary and follow the
labor regulations in force in each respective country. Our code of conduct based on international conventions and declarations, and includes provisions based on the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998), and the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development (1992).
It includes working conditions, prevention of child labor, the environment and responsible forest management.
We are actively working to prevent corruption and illegal activities, and renounce all forms of corruption, both directly and indirectly.
