Complaints 
Have you purchased a product or service that you believe has errors or defects that are covered by warranty obligations or supplier liability?
Then you are welcome to contact us here.
To think of:
1. The product must have a manufacturing defect in order to be covered by the warranty. For example, nail marks on neoprene products is not a manufacturing defect, this type of damage can occur due to the material's sensitivity in contact with sharp objects or of eg nails when dressing.
2. When was the item purchased? Production / supplier responsibility is limited in time.
3. What information do we need to process your complaint:
-Receipt
-Image of the damage/fault - Close-up with high resolution
-Pictures of the entire product - Front and back
-Picture of control / product number (Tex a white note, inside suit)
-Data on color, model and size
-Description of the error / defect
-Description of how the error / defect arose
We have a collaboration with some of our suppliers regarding complaints.
In these cases, you as a customer contact the supplier / manufacturer directly for the case to go faster and for you to have the opportunity to get out and swim and run as fast as possible.
This procedure speeds up the process.
In the event of a complaint about products from these brands, a complaint is made directly to the supplier.
