Over 57 cm in head circumference - L/XL
Under 56 cm in head circumference - S/M
Neoprene socks: (EUR shoe sizes)
XS = 36-38
S = 38-39
M = 40-41
L = 42-44
XL = 44-46
XXL = 45-47
(For winter swimming, go up one size)
Neoprene gloves:
Follow the size charts, if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
