Umara U Salty - Salt tablets

U Salty contains all of the 4 salts / electrolytes you lose through sweat. All four are electrolytes with high bioavailability and thus high efficiency. For example, we do not have magnesium oxide with low bioavailability, but instead chosen magnesium citrate which is better absorbed.


- The tablets dissolve in water / sports drink or swallow as they are. The choice is yours because they are neutral / salty in the taste and can be mixed with most things.

- Each tablet contains 250mg of sodium (10mmol) which increases the salinity of your sports drink if you are a high-fat. Our Sports Drink U Sport contains 40mmol of sodium per 90g dosage where U Salty can easily be combined with U Sport for those who need extra electrolytes.
